When I collected the car, Matt was very patient in talking me through the controls and answering any questions I had. I had an issue charging the car at home. I spoke to Martin Pierce, brought the car in. Issue with cable, replacement provided.

I was able to test drive a car like the one I wanted and was able to view the additional features I wanted when building my car. I was kept up to date re expected time of delivery. The handover process went smoothly.

As above, and in addition oil marks on the centre console leather trim reported all this to service reception and was advised that he would look into it and come back to me to resolve the issues. Three working days later I had to phone again
